We supply quality winding wires as per all international standers.

We are manufacturing various grades of enamelled copper wires (magnet wires) in joint venture with M/s Eldra Electrodraht Erzeugung Aktiengesellschaft of Austria, using enamelling plants of M/s Mag Maschinen of Austria, who are the world leaders in enamelling technology.

The wires are drawn on Niehoff Rod Breakdown machine with online continuous resistance annealing to provide a bare wire with good surface, uniform annealing and adequate softness. Thereafter enamelling is done in the latest computerized enamelling plants of M/s Mag Maschinen with inline drawing and online testing facilities.

Technology & Equipments

  • The technology used by the Company is modern and well absorbed.
  • The Company has a Rod Breakdown machine with continuous online annealer from M/s Niehoff, Germany.
  • The Enamelling plants are from M/s Mag Maschinen with in line drawing and installed with online High Voltage testers.
  • The plant has an installed capacity to produce 1875 MT of enamelled wires and 5600 MT of bare wires.
  • The plant is equipped with total PLC based controls with alarm systems for round the clock process stability.
  • There is complete captive power backup with UPS system to ensure process stability.

QUALITY & CERTIFICATION

The wires manufactured conform to various international standards like NEMA, JIS, DIN etc. and are also tailor made as per specifications for special applications of customers.
VWL has a fully equipped laboratory for conducting all prescribed tests as per International Standards.
VWL has ISO 9001:2015 certification. Some of its products also have UL approval.
